Apartment Locator Network (ALN) - ALN Apartment Data (often referred to as the ALN network or ALN Locator) is the nation’s largest database and software platform specifically designed for the multifamily housing and apartment locating industry. ALN collects, updates, and analyzes property-level data across hundreds of thousands of apartment communities nationwide.

Marketing Materials - The marketing page for the distribution center has a variety of physical marketing materials that can be handed out to potential or current clients. This page includes proposal folders, fence signs, flyers, posters, and booth kits for tradeshows.

Edge - Our proprietary operations platform. Edge hosts our officer scheduling, reporting, payroll, and invoicing modules. This is the most important platform that we utilize daily.

Signal Performance Institute (SPI) - 360Learning is an AI-powered corporate learning management platform (LMS) designed to help companies upskill employees, onboard new hires, and train employees. By default, every Signal employee is assigned to the Officer Learning Path.

Shop Team Signal - The distribution sells everything from marketing materials and executive wear to our everyday officer uniforms.

iDashboards - Data! iDashboards hosts many of our metric-based dashboards like AR aging to track past-due invoices, Patrol Contract to review the efficiency of patrols, and many other revenue charts.

Signal Hub - This site tracks our current and past Key Performance Indicator information. Teams should utilize this platform regularly to see how the market is performing overall and in certain areas.

Securitime - Walmart-specific KPIs. Walmart utilizes the Securitime system to track our clock-in/out from each store position, as well as tracking reports submitted directly to the Walmart teams.
